75land  (“75land,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a web-based property-management platform and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) access or use the Service or otherwise interact with us.


2 Scope



  • This Policy applies to personal information we process as a “business” or “controller.”




  • Where we act solely as a “processor” (e.g., hosting tenant data on behalf of a landlord), our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs such processing.




  • This Policy does not cover third-party websites or services that integrate with 75land; those are governed by their own policies.

4 How We Use Personal Information



  1. Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.




  2. Process payments and manage subscriptions.




  3. Verify identity and prevent fraud or abuse.




  4. Facilitate tenant screening (if requested by the landlord).




  5. Send transactional emails, renewal reminders, and service notices.




  6. Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.




  7. Improve and develop new features, conduct analytics and usage diagnostics.




  8. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.




  9. Market our services (with opt-out rights; see § 11).

We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.


6 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use:




  • Essential cookies – platform login, CSRF protection.




  • Analytics cookies – aggregated usage metrics (Google Analytics 4 with IP-anonymisation).




  • Functional cookies – save language and UI preferences.

    Cookie banner & consent tool comply with GDPR/UK PECR and U.S. state laws. Manage preferences at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.




7 International Transfers

75land’s primary servers are hosted in the United States. Where EU/UK personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on:



  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914/EU) or UK Addendum, and




  • Additional safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls).



8 Data Retention

We retain personal information:




  • Account data – for the life of the account plus seven (7) years (tax & bookkeeping).




  • Tenant/lease data – as directed by the controller (property owner/manager) or seven (7) years after lease end, whichever is shorter.




  • Support records – three (3) years.

    Upon expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymised unless longer retention is required by law.



9 Security Measures

  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit; AES-256 at rest




  • Least-privilege access controls & audit logging




  • 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and automated failover




  • Incident-response plan with 72-hour breach notification (GDPR Art. 33)

We will verify your identity (reasonable method per law) and respond within the statutory period (e.g., 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).

11 Marketing Communications


We may send you promotional emails about new features or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the “unsubscribe” link or account settings. Transactional or service-related messages (e.g., invoices, security alerts) are mandatory.

12 Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact privacy@75land.com; we will delete it promptly.

13 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or via an in-app banner at least thirty (30) days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
